What is the shipping and order handling time?

Orders at SIJA The House of Jewels are usually processed within 2-3 business days. We’re continuously striving to get your orders shipped to you sooner. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, we’ll notify you of any delay immediately.

How do international duties and taxes work?

Shipping charges include all applicable duties and taxes. However, if you’re asked to pay any additional amounts on delivery, please reach out to support@sijathehouseofjewels.in

What payment options are available on SIJA?

Currently, we accept Credit cards, Debit cards and Net Banking.

Can I cancel my international order?

Unfortunately, international orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation requests may be entertained at the sole discretion of the Company.

Can I return my product?

Yes, you can return your jewellery within 15 days of delivery for any damage during the transit only. Returns will only be accepted for unused products returned with the original invoice and packaging. Please mail the images of product, packaging, and invoice to support@sijathehouseofjewels.in for us to validate the return.

Shipping Charges:

We are offering free shipping on all orders across India.

For international orders: Shipping charges include all applicable duties and taxes. Please contact us, we will let you know about the shipping charges. However, it may vary from country to country. Details will be displayed when you place the order.

Can I cancel my international order?

Unfortunately, international orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

15-day returns:

You can return your item for up to 15 days from the date of delivery, returns are accepted for damage during transit only and submission of the video of product unboxing is must along with the original product, invoice, and authenticity certificate to replace the product. Customer/User can pick alternate products if above conditions are met, refund will not be processed. Please note that any claim for non-receipt of a product or empty box will be entertained only if submitted within 24 hours of receipt along with an unboxing video which includes the original outer seal.

I received a broken product?

Missing/Broken item verification and can only be approved upon receiving an unboxing video.
