Return Policy
Overview – Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for return, can be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners, you will have to self-ship the product(s).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at care@sijathhouseofjewels.in or 91-9025566586 to request a cancellation. We do not provide the provision to cancel the order on the website as of now.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In the case of COD orders, the shipping cost is non-refundable. Our team will reach out to you for your bank account details, wherein we will process the refund. Please note that this process takes 7-12 days. However, for prepaid orders, your refund will be processed directly to your original payment method.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
International Orders
