Customisation Order Policy
Any custom design product will take 30-40 business working days to manufacture. There will be some differences in design and weight of the product. Pricing may also vary (+ or -).
Every piece of jewellery is hand-crafted and unique. Handcrafted products contain precious or semi-precious stones and may have slight irregularities or imperfections due to human involvement in the process.
Cancellation Policy: Custom design orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled.
Payment Terms:
- 100% of the quoted price must be paid in advance before manufacturing begins.
- After manufacturing, if there is a change in price/weight (+ or -), a payment link will be sent for the adjustment.
- Once the payment is completed, the order will be shipped.
