Can I change the address after my silver jewellery order is dispatched?

Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address becomes challenging. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We'll try to coordinate with the delivery partner, but we cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch for our silver collection items.

Can you call me on my number while delivering my silver jewellery?

Yes, our delivery partners can contact you before delivering your silver jewellery. Please ensure your correct contact number is provided during checkout. You can also add delivery instructions in the notes section when placing your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping for silver jewellery?

Yes, we offer complimentary luxury gift wrapping for all our silver jewellery pieces. During checkout, you can write us in note if you need the gift wrap option and include a personalized message. Our silver collection comes in our signature gift boxes with elegant ribbon, perfect for gifting to someone special.

What is the minimum amount that I need to set aside every month For Sija Gold Plan?

The customer can participate in the Sija Gold Plan with a minimum monthly installment of ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) or above, i.e., in multiples of ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only). It is made clear that no fractional amounts can be paid by a customer in a scheme.

What is the maximum amount limit of Sija Gold Plan?

There is no maximum limit.

Can I pay in cash every month?

The Sija Gold Plan installments can be remitted via online payment/Credit/Debit cards/UPI methods. Cash payment is accepted to the limit of ₹15,000 per installment (collectively for all active schemes).

What is enrollment process & benefit of Sija Gold Plan?

Under the Sija Gold Plan, the individual is required to make payments for eleven fixed monthly installments. After the payment of the eleventh installment, Sija will offer a discount/benefit as mentioned below:

  • In case of purchase of any Gold Jewellery, Sija will offer a discount equal to the amount of one month's installment.

Is it possible to change the monthly amount in between the installments?

Once the first installment is paid, the installment amount cannot be altered.

Do I need a PAN card to enrol for Sija Gold Plan?

For monthly installments amounting to ₹15,000/- or above, the PAN card of the customer shall be collected as mandatory KYC proof.

What is the redemption window for my Gold Plan balance?

The redemption window is open for 45 days only. (After 12th month end date)

Can I withdraw my paid installment after 2 months?

You can only redeem the installment amount against the purchase of jewellery. In the event of partial completion of the scheme, no benefit/discount will be provided by Sija. Customers shall not be refunded money by way of cheque/Cash/online transfer.

Can I redeem the amount before 11 months?

Yes, you can redeem the amount anytime against the purchase of jewellery. In the event of partial completion of the scheme, no benefit/discount will be provided by Sija. Customer shall not be refunded money by way of cheque/Cash/online transfer.

When will I become eligible for the discount/benefit from Sija?

You need to wait for 30 days after your last installment payment (11th month installment).

How can I avail the benefits of Gold Plan during redemption?

The Gold Plan value can be utilized to purchase any Gold or Diamond Jewellery. The Gold Plan value can also be utilized on the purchase of customized gold jewellery.

The Gold Plan cannot be utilized for the purchase of Gold coins, Gift cards, or to pay for repair services. There are certain constraints for purchase of Silver jewellery under gold plan.

Will late payment affect my Sija Gold Plan account balance?

A grace period of 10 days will be provided after the due date to make the monthly payment. In case there is a delay in paying the monthly amount within the grace period, the discount provided by Sija shall be reduced proportionally to the number of days by which the payment was delayed.

Can I redeem only part of the Sija Gold Plan amount?

No, partial redemption is not permitted.

Do I have to come to a store to redeem the Gold Plan Value?

Can I place an order for customised/personalised design with Gold Plan account value?

Yes, you can.

How can I pay my balance amount if I purchase more than my Gold Plan account balance?

You can use any online payment mode (Debit card/Credit Card/Netbanking/UPI) to pay the balance while redeeming online or at the store. Additionally, cash can also be paid for the remaining balance.

Can I utilise my special occasions coupons while redeeming Gold Plan Scheme?

Birthday and Anniversary Coupon can be utilised along with Gold Plan Scheme redemption.

What type of silver do you use in your jewellery?

At Sija the House of Jewels, we use only premium 925 Sterling Silver in our silver collection. This means the silver is 92.5% pure, mixed with 7.5% copper or other metals to ensure durability while maintaining its beautiful luster. Each piece is crafted with precision and undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our high standards.

Do your silver products come with authenticity certificates?

Yes, all SIJA silver jewellery pieces come with authenticity certificates verifying the 925 Silver quality. Our silver products are 925 hallmarked and this ensures the metal’s purity. These certificates are included in the packaging of your purchase.

How should I care for my silver jewellery?

To keep your sterling silver jewellery looking its best, store it in a zip lock bag, or in cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid exposure to chemicals like perfumes, lotions, and household cleaners. Clean your silver jewellery regularly using a soft cloth. We also offer a professional cleaning service for all our silver pieces.

Why does silver tarnish and how can I prevent it?

Silver naturally reacts with sulfur in the air, causing tarnish. To minimize tarnishing, store your silver jewelry in anti-tarnish bags or cloth when not wearing it. Regular wear of silver jewellery actually helps prevent tarnish. Our silver pieces are finished with an anti-tarnish coating, but this will wear off over time. The gold or rose gold plated jewellery should be handled with care. At any time you can opt for repolishing service.

Can I cancel my Gold Plan at any time?

The customer may cancel the scheme during the tenure of the scheme; however, the amount of the monthly installment deposited by the customer can be redeemed only against the purchase of jewellery. In the event of partial completion of the scheme, no benefit/discount will be provided by Sija. Customers shall not be refunded money by way of cheque/Cash/online transfer.

What is your return policy for silver jewellery?

Sija the House of Jewels offers a 15-day return policy for all our silver products. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, certificates, and accessories intact. Custom-designed silver pieces have special return conditions. Please note that signs of wear or damage will affect the eligibility for returns.

How do I return my silver jewellery?

To return a silver jewellery piece, please initiate the return process through your account under "My Orders" or contact our customer service. You'll receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Carefully pack the silver item in its original packaging and include the return form. We recommend using insured shipping for all silver jewellery returns.
